Opening bid is $15.
"This is the March 9, 1805 issue of Prices Current, a single sheet
weekly publication by the United States Gazette For the Country
newspaper published in Philadelphia. The rear of the sheet has an ad
for the sale of Job's Point in the township of Great Egg Harbor in
Gloucester County, in New Jersey. The ad describes the property that
was owned by Daniel Estell. Some of the places mentioned in the ad
are:
Cooper's Ferry
Turkeyhow River
Egg Harbor River
Cape May
The front of the sheet has prices of most of the commonly traded
products in Philadelphia with a separate column on related import
duties, a mail schedule of arrival chart, prices of stocks, Premiums
of Insurance, a weekly almanac - all of these are on the front of the
single sheet Very suitable for framing giving a glimpse of the
everyday products of the period, and their prices. Paper is in very
good condition - very clean - not brittle. The sheet measures 12-1/2
inches by 20 inches."
See actual auction for pictures of the item. I think I may bid on it.

At any rate, it's pretty cool.
