I'm pretty sure those are the foundation(s) related to the former Washington area. The most visible are the former stables of the Wharton compound. Other foundations and cellar holes are related to a nearby stagecoach stop called Sooy's or Washington Tavern which existed from late 1700's until the mid 1800's. That used to be an active area of farming and ranching.
