Is Bryant Road (West of 539) accessible by vehicle?

I am planning to explore the areas between CR-539 and NJ-72 in the Greenwood WMA. Can I turn West off of 539 onto Bryant Road and drive into this area, or are motor vehicles prohibited, and I should plan on having enough time to walk in from 539?

Thanks in advance!

I haven't been there recently but I would think you can. It has been dry. Just remember, hunting season is starting and it is a Wildlife Management area meaning they can also hunt on Sundays and you should stay clear of hunters. And they purchased the land and buy permits to use it.

Thanks for the feedback, Teegate! I knew the season was opening soon but had not factored that into my planning. I just did some research and it looks like I’ll be in zone 21 and, correct me if I am wrong because my hunting experience is limited and in the distant past, Fall Bow starts up October 4th according to regulation set 0?

I am planning on heading out before week’s end, so I should be safe, if so.

I don't think it's correct to say "they purchased the land". I think 46'r first came up with that idea.

Remember, the state always takes credit for the purchase even though our taxpayer money may not have been used.
