Is the Wilkinson Hunting Club the "Vineland" Hunting Club from Beck's Forgotten Towns?

I was researching Hampton and Hampton Gate and in Forgotten Towns of Southern NJ, Beck describes coming into Hampton Gate and he talks to someone in a "tiny unpainted house in front of a more modern building, the Vineland Hunting Club". There doesn't seems to be any trace online of a "Vineland Hunting Club" but what immediately came to mind was the Wilkinson Hunting Club, which is set back from Carranza and has another private lot in front of it. Googling the two names together, I came across a page from the Tabernacle Historical Society that has historical articles on Wilkinson, and sure enough, Vineland (the town) is referred to throughout, but even back then, it was still called Wilkinson, it was that the hunters were from Vineland.

Wilkinson purchased it before Beck was there so I would say it has always been Wilkinson.
