I would love to be able to contact the creator(s) of this site, however I can not find any contact information. If anyone knows someone who has had anything to do with the site, some contact information would be greatly appreciated.

Also, if anyone has any interesting information on the Kirkwood area, or any photos to share, please reply or email me!

This will give you the answer you need. Read it closely. Take note that his email address is @home.com which has not been around for almost 10 years. So he has not updated the site in years but he still is paying to keep the site up.

In the event you for some reason can't get the link to work here is the info.

Thanks a lot, I've lived in Kirkwood all of my life and have always been fascinated by it's history. I have a few questions:

1. What are the concrete foundations on the bank of Kirkwood lake on the PATCO side?
2. How could I find out the year in which my house was constructed?
3. Are there any interesting ruins, facts, or personal stories you can share with me?

Thanks!

The concrete foundations are from the ice packing house, ice was cut from the lake and packed there i don't know the years.
As far as ruins go there is a few on that side of the lake i don't know what they are but my guess would be summer house's that use to be a resort back in the day.
There where many building around when i was a kid in th 60's and 70's but those places have since been build on with new house's

Try and get a hold of Skip he's a great guy and a little older the me. He has a face book page .
I hope this helps
