I have the whole show on CD in fairly good sound. They were definately rough, but many great moments as well. Robert Plant's voice would go from very cautious to surprisingly strong. There were a lot of screw ups between Page and Jason Bonham. Trampled Underfoot came off great as did No Quarter, In My Time of Dying. The best song they did was one I am not familar with, probably off Presence or another one I haven't heard in a long time.

Did they make a DVD with video too?

According to what I've read, the show was not professionally recorded for audio or video. But yes, there is amateur video available. I am expecting it soon.

I don't believe the producers are telling the truth about that. Who in their right mind would schedule a reunion concert with one of the greatest rock bands in the world and not have even thought about the money a video would bring.

Oh well, we'll see if they pull one out of their pocket next year.

Yeah, I would agree. I'm hoping they want to do it again either because it was enjoyable or they want to get it better so they can produce a better audio/video product (CD/DVD) for sale. Not excatly sure what made them do it, but I'd love to see them over here. People paid extraordinary amounts for the tix in London, so hopefully they may play a few shows at least.

I would have loved to have been there. I saw Page and Plant on tour a few years back and it was Great!! I am hoping they release a DVD of this concert, the reviews have been amazing. I saw a few clips on youtube taken from cell phones and it was rocking. Warner bros. pulled the clips and it is speculated that they did this because a DVD will be comming out. BTW, in one of the clips you can clearly see a professional camera man on stage.

LOng Live Zep. They are my favorite rock band.

I saw them back in... 94, I think. Philly
Paid dear but got a seat ( yes, one. that was fine with me) 13 rows from the boys. Wound up walking right to the front.
There are some choice bits of Zep's concerts on WolfgangsVault.com
Ever since MarkBNJ turned me on to it I have been on almost every single night Listening to some concert or another of various artist. Check it out.

There is some Santana, Jeff Beck, Creedence, Chicago, Foreigner, Genesis, Joe Satriani, Yes, Mark Knoppler, Doobie Bros, The Who, Oh hell... every body, even the Beegees, that is absolutely mind numbing!
Even some Crystal Gayle if you're so inclined. A to Z.
And good Zep.

G.

I just wanted to let you guys know that some of the problems I heard from the 12/10 show were based in part to the poor quality of the recording I had. I got a better sounding CD and I can now hear that what seemed like missing notes were just cropped out and overpowered by sonic problems. They actuaally did really good. Just wanted to update my opinion! The bootleg vid I got shows a pro camerman filming it, so they are at least considering a release. Hope so!
