When they say view on Google Earth, they have to mean that a photograph is taken and uploaded to Google Earth and then the photo is available to view. Google Earth does not have the clarity to view anything this obscure in a tree. Maybe Bing but even then I doubt it.

Yep, its probably a layer that that has been created that shows locations and the pertinent data for that location. GE is very good for keeping track of stuff like that. I use it to mark all waterfalls I find and eagle nest locations. Take a WP in the field and load it to GE later.

If anyone is planning on bagging some mistletoe for Christmas, make sure you go in season and have this years Mistletoe permit which is valid only on state MMA's in the proper zones. :smug:
