I found a soda vending machine in the Maurice river just south of Garden road once.never did find out if it had anything in it./Was in about five feet of water.It was the source of great jokes because a couple years before that Bill,I and his oldest son were exploring the Barrens on a hot summer day and his boy about ten at the time was whining he was thirsty and wanted to know iof there was a water fountain or a soda machine nearby and we were laughing at him because we were deep in Wharton when He asked this.A couple years late we found his soda machine in the woods but He wasn't on that canoe trip.He's 32 now.

So, what do you think, was he at the smorgasbord bait table for the last 6 months? Or, was it diners delight at the trash cans with the faulty lids?
