That's nice to know if I ever decide to move to Europe or Asia where they're offering those services...
Nokia is a good company, but so are Samsung, Motorola, LG, Ericson and the other companies that make cell phones. Tough racket out there. Apple is only a minor player but they really have something nobody else can offer (yet). So now we will be deluged with stories of "iPhone killers" from all the different PR machines, just like all the "iPod killers" we've read about for years. Meanwhile, Apple has cornered almost 80% of the portable music player market...
I have a Samsung SCH-u740 phone with Verizon and it's really very nice. But the weak point is the software, it's pretty awkward to navigate. Apple is one of the few companies which seems to understand this problem. If that forces some of the other companies to try harder then it's a good thing for the whole industry.
