I don't see any problem with these amendments. I have been dissappointed with some of the things the commission has sanctioned and allowed in the past. I suspect a large influence on the first amendment was the NJCF decision to rip up the old Demarco bogs. I am not real happy about the NJCF doing that, but that is just because I like old bogs. I can think of worse things.
