The landing gear is still floating around out there as are various pieces of metal. If you stand near the landing gear and look to where the tower used to stand you can see the line of broken tree tops and imagine the path the plane took on the way down....

This photo was taken by my friend while we were there in 1975 and developed in January 1976 just a few short years after the crash. You are looking at the path the plane took after hitting the tower.

We did not know about the crash and would never have if not for a man and his son who were there at the time and told us. We ventured down to find the landing gear that they said was there.
