I can't believe the military investigators are saying that they wern't informed of the extra dry conditions. That is a bad move on their part. That really makes them look stupid. They probably need a report to let them know when it is raining out also. I wonder if they know when the sun is shinning, or if they need a report for that too.

I have nothing against the military and I don't think the base should be shutdown but they need to take full responsibility.
