I was checking on this tract to see exactly where it was and I found out that the "Zemel" tract is Block 4209 lot 2 in Woodland Township. That is the land between the old off road park and 72.

They call it a "qualified farm" which seems odd. I guess that is how the taxes were only $292 and it is 475 acres.

In any event, I am pretty certain this is the location. Anyone confirm?

That is very good news. I find it interesting that a Bierly (somewhat similar name, only the "ly" on the end makes it different) owns this very important tract here, but the development credits were severed. I don't understand why they would still keep it.
