Yes, a few of us from the forum were there to see Ted receive the award. The place was really nice and the food also. It was sold out and with all the people there is was really noisy. I guess maybe I am also loosing my hearing so I had problems hearing Ms. Woodford speak.

Guy,

Your hearing was fine. That din was an inevitable artifact of Gordon and Woodford’s catchy enthusiasm. The celebration was a delightful opportunity to catch up on things Pinelands with many of the region’s greatest advocates – conservationists, biologists, botanists, historians, artists and the like. The wife and I had great fun meeting up with Jerseyman, Turtle, Oji, and Teegate. Kudos to the Pinelands Preservation Alliance (esp. Becky) and its supporters for a fine show!

I wish I could have made it. It sold out by the time I asked.

Ted, you are a true gentleman and a good friend. Thank you for all the teachings and the memories. :)
