Jessica and I were looking for property stones in the woods across from his sawmill back in 2013. On the way out of the woods, which took some time because of briers, we saw frenzied activity leaving a vehicle and heading to the sawmill. Turns out Spike and another man saw my car parked there and thought we were tresspasing at his place. When he saw us exit the woods he came over and talked with us. I asked him if I could take a photo of him and he was happy to stand there while I did just that. He was very friendly and nice and from what I have heard he is that way with everyone. I am glad we had a chance to meet him.
