Question about Cedar Grove Park

Its on a old ocean County tax map 1926.
I have a JPG image of the PDF of the map. Small but viewable. Not sure of there is a way to post image on here yet.
It is near the ATT underground cable and small hut on 539 north of Warren Grove Range road.
Says Property of Edward McGuinness, Grove Park, Little Egg HArbor.
Map shows one road as "Pharos road from Westcreek" which is now Simms place
Is identified now as part of Stafford WMA.
West and a bit north west of 539 ATT hut Simms.
Map divides the property into hundreds of smaller lots.

It is interesting to note on the bottom right it says "Monuments indicated thus', and then it shows a little square. And if you look on the ends of all the streets there are monuments. That means they are there somewhere. It would be really sweet to find them!

Check out the Google sat view the OP posted and zoom out a little. On 539 east and a little south of Oswego Lake.
Edit: ok, OP, I think you are off to the north by a few miles. Check out the area in the center of this view. The slight sandy road curving northeast toward a large clearing is Old Stafford Forge road. The property you refer to was right in this area.

This map shows Pharo’s road heading WNW or ESE and the only location on Sim Place road that is in that direction is downtown Warren Grove as far as I can tell.

See my edit above. If you scroll in on that view I posted you'll see Parker Country Rd, and can still see the outlines of the streets laid out roughly as in the map image the OP posted.
Edit: correction, you can see Parker Country Rd. in GE, but not Google Maps. You can see the outlines of the layout right at the intersection of Parkertown Rd. and 539.
One last edit: what the map shows as Pharo Rd. is now, I believe, Thomas Avenue.

. Just another stillborn real estate empire I guess. Would they really have placed monuments at the end of every street? If so it ought not to be too hard to find some of them.
