GREENWICH TWP. — A bat found recently in a Tomlin Station Road home is the third animal in the area to test positive for rabies in recent weeks.
In early August, Greenwich Township police officers responded to a call regarding a bat in the home. The animal was caught and turned over to the County’s Animal Patrol and test results confirmed the animal was rabid.:jd:

My wifes friend has had two bats enter her home through a vent in the past week, this is in Vineland. Her husband netted them and released them which shocked me.Most would have killed them. The next day she found a Starling hopping around in her sink.A towel accomplished it's release too.
