Rock Carrying Trucks

For weeks near Vincentown we've been seeing 18 wheel tractor trailers with rock trailers carrying BIG boulders going south on US 206. Yesterday just north of Chatsworth on 563 we saw one going south.
Anyone know where they're all going, what's being built?
