Imagine if you lived near Haines. He has taken out most of the large cedar swamp.

Guy happened to come across this post for various reasons. Any idea on those cedar clearings what they became? Is it just cedars regenerating or are those being turned into agriculture fields/bogs? I can’t tell from the aerials. Would guess it’s just regenerating cedars, or would at least hope.

I don’t know. I have not looked on the new 2024 aerials yet. I should have done that but didn’t.

I'm using my own versions of these maps because they're fast. You can zoom in farther if you choose the NJGIN versions (further down the menu) but they're sometimes pretty slow.
