On the way home yesterday from Pine Belt Sportsman Club in Shamong. I noticed the sun was setting as we neared Savoy Blvd. I brought my son up to the train bridge on Rt 72 to enjoy a nice sunset as it faces west. After getting some nice pics, a bunch of construction vehicles appeared. I think Teegate wrote about changes/updates to the intersection of Route 72 and Savoy Blvd. I took some pictures of them blackening the double yellow lines. There was also some arrows painted on each side of Savoy. Does anyone know what the plans are for updating this area?

Most likely a light. It has been 6 months since they requested a light there. If they do that I would never go through a green light on Savoy without stopping. The light may even make it worse.

Now is the time to get there and get photos. It may never be the same again.

Update: Well, the link no longer works so don't waste your time.
