All,
While on vacation I was visiting a cemetery in Sheffield Vermont researching my relatives moms family. We had been given the phone number of the president of the historical society and we were calling her from the cemetery. After being busy for 10 minutes we finally got through and started asking her questions, and eventually we found out her house was right next to the cemetery. So she invited us down the hill to visit her, and when we arrived I noticed that her husband was operating a Sawmill.
My relative and I were busy talking to the woman and were not able to watch the Sawmill operation, but Jessica while sitting in the car videotaped it. If you are interested in watching a part of it, click on the below link. It is 1.7MB compressed so the quality is low, and the download will start as soon as you click on the link.
BTW, it is in .mov format so you may need Quicktime for Windows if you are running it.
Enjoy!
