There were at least 10 state troopr cruisers along 532 today between nixon's general store and Patty bowker road. they were there for many hours (three or four maybe more). The cruisers were parked at two different houses caddy corner to each other, but they were out on foot searching the grounds of one of the houses, a small farm, and the road nearby.
I have no idea what was up, but that many troopers in that much time can't be anything good. It is fairly close to my house so it has me a little nervous. Interestingly, I had stopped at that farm circa '95 when my motorcycle was about to run out of gas. I saw that they had pumps. A guy came out and gave me some gas. I only took about $1.00 but only had a twenty on me. He said forget about it. I returned later and left a few bucks in his door.
