Went for a casual drive around Caranza last night. Saw someone dressed up like Donald Duck near the correctional facility there. Then, a car followed me the entire length of Caranza, appearing almost from nowhere. On a completely unrelated note, I also visited April's Cranberry Cannery in Belleplain and the overgrowth has been all clear cut away and fences have been erected around all the buildings there. However, not one sign could be found.

As for the car following you, that does not seem too odd since there are not many turn off's for the average person on that road, so they most likely would follow you the entire length. I guess the only thing to do would have been to let them go past you.
