Earlier this year we attempted to get here but could not get across the stream easily. With very little time we bailed and moved on to other things. Today we returned and walked right across.

I saw two Lady's tresses which was a surprise to me. I was not expecting them.
By the end of the explore we were red.
The place was loaded with Asphodel even though you can's see them.
We explored the nearby dune and saw where the turtle eggs are primarily at, so we will visit again next year and check it out.
And on the way home we ran into PBX Woodjin and had a brief talk with him. Always nice to speak with a great pine barren explorer.
