Looking like about an hour till the front comes thru here, any minute for Glouster. It hasn't weakened at all.

The rain has started forty minutes north of the barrens. Outside at the moment, it is almost hurricane like. Tonight isn't going to be nice if this is the start of the storm. It is terrible and alarming.

I don't know what else is coming, but that front didn't amount to much down here. Less than 10 minutes of heavy rain and, strangely, the wind died down when it hit. Calm now with light rain, my gauge shows a total of 0.23" so far. Hope everybody else is OK.

Here's the storm total so far, looks like nobody in NJ got much rain, probably because the front was moving so fast.

The earlier part of storm puttered out after twenty minutes of heavy rain and wind. Now outside there is a light drizzle and the air is still. I just saw that the storm band is east along the coast with the heaviest rain to the north by NYC. More than likely, the rain will be off and on during the night has it carries on its way. Hopefully there is little damage from it.
