I like it that once in awhile someone with real knowledge calls it the way it really is. She is right; throwing words and phrases around freely are often used to make it sound good. In other words, stop the B.S.

To be honest, I am more concerned that we the general public will not have a say on what parcels of land get cut. I want to know exactly where this is going to occur long before it does so that we can voice our opposition to any particular location so they can move on to a better site. You know it is going to happen, and it is happening on private land all the time with nice results, so we better get use to it and just make sure we have our say on where it is done.
