When my wife opened the front door last night, 2 'things' came flying in. First reaction was bats, but they are gone or hibernating by now. Tracked them into the kitchen; Carolina Wrens, they must have settled into the wreath on the front door for the night. They flitted around the house, liking the Christmas tree best. Cody, my Brit, helped find them so I could escort them out the way they came in. I was going to use the shotgun, but my wife gave me one of those looks
