Recently, while I was roaming around near Evan's bridge, I noticed several small cedars that were blown down. I was wondering if there is any penalty for taking a blow down and if it is okay, how are they as walking sticks?

Look around and if you don't see anyone use it as a walking stick. Don't ask, don't tell when it come to that. That is the least of our worries in this state.
