I took a quick trip to Atsion yesterday. I had heard rumors of an unauthorized structure being erected there, and the rumors turned out to be true:
There is no doubt the PPA will be steamed when they hear of this. Speaking of steam, a little while later I heard some loud whistles. Shortly after that, I got a glimpse of the source, the steam launch Catawissa:
