    There is no surface water to be found. The sprung on SCway almost dry, and the ditches on the Batsto Fireline rd coming from Constable have 0 water in them. That was not the case this time last year.

Without mentioning the obvious how are they even allowed to cone into the lower end of the county and build, pave, and destroy wetlands, habitat, and invade a WMA appropriated for sportsman and such?     Meanwhile, back in Camden County, they get awarded 19 million dollars to do just the opposite and destroy habitat, cedar swamps, wetlands, forest, and already preserved land and a WMA to put a bike and walking trail from Camden down to the Atlantic County line in Winslow. GTFO...:argh:
