    RAIN?

Yes, that was a couple weeks ago. I live in Barnegat and it was heading towards us but veered around to the north of my neighborhood. I have not had time to take some photos. Maybe today.

    Painted Rock

They don't belong in a state forest if that's where it was found. Let the woods be the woods.

    Such a pretty day.

Very sorry you had to witness that. Troubled youth and guns are a dangerous combination. Don't move to Philly. Stay far away from there.

Saying farewell to the Toyota FJ Cruiser

On my 96 Tacoma, when it was hot out you would not start if you turned the key for longer than 1 second. You had to just turn it enough to connect with the juice and quickly let go so the key backed off immediately while it started.

    RAIN?

On my way to work this morning, the south side of 72 was torn up pretty good for a half mile. Tops of trees off, power poles snapped, etc.

    RAIN?

I dodged a bullet that time. It was coming right at me, but kind of split up. Second tornado warning for Barnegat this year.

Except this was planned for in the Pinelands Master Plan. While none of us like it, in my opinion the pines proper are still safe from a building boom.

Nature Conservancy land transfer to FRM

Please forgive, but this is really, really roughly drawn. The county owns the Forked River Mountain area encircled in red. The Nature Conservancy owned the area in fuchsia color for at least 10 years, but transferred it to the county.

    RAIN?

I wish you'd create a weather site Boyd. Based upon your expertise on maps, it'd be a real winner.

    Real Estate

I agree with you, to a degree. Also, our government throws money around to solve problems too readily, and likely without some necessary restrictions too.
