Happpened to me last Halloween in sugar sand, talk about embarrassing ! My step son came over to get me , it was a "nature preserve " that allows hunting :confused: . The hike on the way out with the sound of shotguns was real comforting .Not one of my better efforts :(

46 er is right again .Some counties will check the tick for the pathogen.About 50 % of those infected do not show the migrans rash. The blood tests do not confirm presence of Lyme disease , they just confirm if you have the anti-bodies . They also do not check for babesiois , ehrlichiosis , etc Joe

Nice find ! The 7 ft is not an anomaly .They go well over 6 , consistently .I know they are present down here, but for some reason , i find about 10 black racers to every black rat . And yes, my best "finds " always occur w/ no camera !:rolleyes...
