    Fox hunting in Lebonon?

I always wanted a pet fox. Never could see how anyone could hunt 'em.

    Fox hunting in Lebonon?

I was in the woods to the side of Whitesbog a few weeks back and heard trumpets. It was somewhat off in the distance, but we got out of there pretty quickly.

All I know is we went in by the White City stairs.

    Trenton marsh

I was there not too long ago to take pictures of the amusement park ruins. It definitely is a little known park. Sure was a pain to find the entrance too. http://www.stuofdoom.com/whitecity.html

Have you seen or heard something you cant explain?

I don't think I believe in any of this stuff anymore. I always thought JD was just an unidentified species, but now I'm not so sure; something physical would have come up by now. Not like the Pines is that big of an area. I can see there still being unidentified species in the jungles of...

That has to be one of the best quotes I've ever read.

    Ruins ID?

The chances of someone not related to geocaching owning, being able to use, or even knowing what a GPS is or being able to read coords is also slim...unless they're a hunter, in which case they most likely know about nearby places anyway. Think a punk kid is willing or able to shell out $100+...

    Frustration

I dig ya. I just got a bit carried away near the end. Plus this face :v: is just funny. By the way, all you whiners, I wasn't pointing out the misspelling to be a jerk; I am very anal about spelling, and 'mortar' is commonly messed up. Steve's "artical" was bothering me too, but knowing him...

    North Jersey hikes

My absolute favorite North hike is Tillman Ravine at Stokes; been going there since I was 11. The ravine itself isn't all that long, only 3/4 of a mile I think, but near the end are cellar holes and the remains of a dam. At the end of the ravine is an old cemetery for the semi-ghost town of...

    Ruins ID?

The SLR was destroyed twice. One site owner felt it was his fault, since he posted directions to it, so he put together a rebuild. Well, they rebuilt it, and the very next night it was destroyed again. The stones were thrown down the side of the cliff. They still don't know who did it, but...

Weak argument? So far you don't have one.

    Ruins ID?

So is generalizing cachers. Christ, all I did was help someone identify some ruins. I figured I'd be happy because for once I beat everyone else to the question. But no, it starts an argument instead. Again, I don't like them being right on the ruins. That we all agree about. But I also...

    Ruins ID?

Don't complain to me; I didn't place it. If you bothered to read my other posts, I said there was an old cache that was a good distance from the ruins. If you also read my other posts, you'd have seen I don't care for them being right on the ruins either. Take it up with the placer. You just...

    Ruins ID?

The guy who drives as close as possible shouldn't even be caching. Part of doing it at all is for walking & getting exercise. I don't even see what the big deal about Hampton Furnace is. First off it's somewhat well known; secondly, there are coordinates and directions for it on this site...

    Ruins ID?

Cachers tend to be careful with these sort of places; some of us are just worried about the influx of foot traffic and the ever growing possibility of punks up to no good finding these places. There are some places in the Pines I hope never get caches placed at them.
