Might sound foolish but I need help on this one. What is the proper agency & contact to report dead birds to? I suppose one would also have to supply a specimen to said agency? I have in my immediate area an unusual # of birds found dead. Mostly blackbirds but I find it kind of weird.

Welcome, I think one thing you will find here, if you're into it is some of the most magnificent photography of this region that exists. Some of these guys should be published/shown in major magazines whether Herps, landscapes, Historical buildings, landmarks, flora, fauna, waterways etc...
