I would have been freaking-out and reluctant to even consider re-entering the vehicle. When it comes to smalls things like snakes, rodents, etc I get easily freaked. I would have rather had something much larger in there.

There had to be some other legal recourse. The first thing I would have done was to ask for the officers superior and going up the chain that way. Oh well. Sounds like it's resolved now and not my battle to fight.

I so hate this type of weather. Can't deal with the humidity very well. I can only wait for the cooler/colder temps to get here in a few months. You'll never hear me complain of it being too cold.

I'm past due on my oil change that I need to do on my Tacoma. Hoping to do it mid-week, when the temps are only terrible, instead of brutal. That humidity kills me.

Ground looks damp here, but that's about it. Recycle trash can still where I put it last night, so there couldn't have been much wind.

We can't seem to catch a break. Winds whipped thru my place harder than I've ever experienced it before. Once again, a tree down, not just a half a tree like a couple weeks ago.

We were at our grand daughter's HS graduation and came home to this. No signs of rain or wind.

The upcoming forecast certainly doesn't look favorable for changing that either. Extremely hot, all week.

The problem is that the normal hard-working Joe can't afford to put himself out there to fund a campaign. It's gotten so ridiculous that you can't even consider running, even locally, without millions in backing. We have salary caps in sports. Why not implement salary caps on campaign dollars?

Just goes to show you that people will blindly vote, without ever spending a minute of their own precious time performing research of a candidate. The fact that she ran uncontested says allot about her constituents, whether you want to admit it or not. Any of this sound familiar?

Nothing I see, as it relates to parenting, surprises me nowadays.

I've actually been enjoying the crisp temps in the early AM. It's much preferred over the 85 degree, 90 percentage humidity that's bound to be with us within the next several weeks.
