    I admit that I, too, have a visceral reaction to that bastardized pronunciation. I remember rebuking @Ben Ruset when he committed that sin some years ago. I can only hope he has since changed his ways.

    Loving this! Thank you! The shading nicely highlights the fact that Rabbit Island used to be the high ground at the interior of an old river meander. Lots of cool fluvial geomorphologic history going on at the Forks.
