Nobody here has as far as I know. However, the secrecy to these incidents keeps the public from knowing the exact spot. I haven't been there to see if the location is obvious but a little more info from the authorities would make it easier. It is a long road.

Today you have a group of people there who have an interest, and tomorrow they are in new positions or not even there. That happens all the time with the state unfortunately.
