    ** flags at Vet cemeteries

Harping, sinister? Your post surprises me. Just pointing out that a tradition that has spanned many decades has ended for no good reason. The Scouts are the only individuals that place the flags at the VA cemetery, I have no doubt they are responsible enough to follow the covid19...

    ** flags at Vet cemeteries

Not many Scouts are over the age of 20. Perhaps there are, none that I am aware of.

Driving down Batsto Lake Rd to Quaker Bridge w/ a sedan from Batso Village?

If you have one, take along an air pump that uses your car cigarette lighter and reduce the air pressure in your tires to 15-20 lbs. Will be a big help in not getting bogged down in the soft sand. Use the pump to air up after your trip.

    My new tool toy....

I've been working on it most of the day on the exhaust using an unconventional way, similar to how I pulled the engine and trans from the Jag. One part just won't fit, a gasket, called a 'donut', between the down pipe and exhaust manifold. Autozone claims to have an alternate part...

    ** flags at Vet cemeteries

This is from the Department of Veterans Affairs, Washington DC. It is specific to 'group' placement of the flags, as is done at Doyle here in NJ. It does not restrict cemetery personnel from placing flags, as seems to be what is being done in Delaware. Doyle is a very large VA cemetery, I...

    ** flags at Vet cemeteries

It would be so simple to have the scouts spaced on alternating rows and wear a mask and let it be the parents decision. I bought a bunch of flags today and will be at Coyle next week to take care of family and friends.

    My new tool toy....

I have all the little helpful things, some not so much. I've been restoring LBC's for over 30 years. The height of this one is perfect for what I need to do, and the Jeep will even fit without hitting the garage door. :) The height is somewhat adjustable with the lift blocks that are supplied...

    My new tool toy....

Yes, one on each side. The green things are covers for the locking quick connect's on each hydraulic hose. Disconnect them and nothing is in the way underneath.

    My new tool toy....

Put it together today, easy peasy. It is actually an electric/hydraulic combo, 5k lb capacity. Stout enough to lift my Jeep. This is the GTI up in the air during the first test.

Woolwich Township abandoned missle base for sale

I think it was designed to target bombers, whatever it was it had to be flying. I know McGuire was the first Air Force missile defense site; the nike's were used by the Army.

Woolwich Township abandoned missle base for sale

That was the BOMARC site. The missles there were nuclear tipped ground to air, not nike's.
