Just went out at my house and smell smoke. I am 20 miles away. If it is from the fire this would be the first time I smelled one from the pines.

Went back today and did not find the snake. However, while looking we flushed up multiple Nighthawks. And as we always do we went to the location they took off from and found the eggs. This is about 50 feet from where the above snake was at. Not sure if these eggs will survive with the snake...
