Was trying to find another way to a location I want to get to along The Tulpehocken and found a way by crossing this location. Will go back later and make the plunge.

I have a tire inflator but not that one. Mine is slightly bigger and requires the cigarette lighter. I had one before that which had a clip on hose and the new one does not. Clearly, the new one that screws on is inferior to the clip on. At least I think so.

It may be. Nothing else is around. However, there is a wet area right by it and maybe they could not find an acceptable place to anchor so they made that.
