At first it would seem a good idea, but I'm always a bit concerned when government wants to expand on something to include things not originally intended for. In this case, there would be less funds available for land preservation. How much or if there is a limit is unknown.

From the eastern map it looks like we just might slip thru the 2 lines of big storms. I195 northward is getting clobbered. Sunny and windy here.

I don't believe that. A description of the vehicle, its occupants, a picture of the damage to his bumper and if he was quick enough, one of the truck, would help in reporting. But it sure does make for a good 'war' story to stir up the Kool-Aid crowd.

If this is true, the call is just a waste of time.
