    While I missed the bird today at 8, I see another observer reported it at 8:20. The location has been Odessa ave and Duerer st in Galloway. there is ample room to pull off the road and no need to infringe on any private property. good birding.

    yes, that is a juvenile red tail. those very narrow tail band give way to full red in the adult. the belly band in the second shot is quite typical. a coopers has much wider tail bands
