    Forest hunters etiquette question

Baiting for deer was legalized a long time ago Sue, maybe 25 years +/- now. It started with bow only and then quickly went to gun hunting as well.

    Toyota 4runner issue

My son Jeff bought one for the woods Bob. It's an older one too. He had CV joint issues almost immediately. If you want to talk to him I will have him call you. Let me know.

I still miss Bill like family. My grandfather died when I was pretty young and Bill was like a grandfather to me when I was older. I met him when I was 28 and I am 62 now. He was a dear friend for a lot of years.

    Camping this weekend?

Well when you think about it, Murphy really thought that one through. Let's close the most primitive and least improved camping areas where the chances of human interaction are very low or even non-existent. What a D&*k.

The West Side of the Pines

Some Lucas Paint memorabilia. I found this at a flea market years ago. I have a can of Lucas paint too. Sherwin-Williams kept the Lucas name for a long time after acquiring Lucas because it had a good reputation.

The West Side of the Pines

You ain't kidding about the lack of good ice. I would spend my whole weekend there as a kid skating. We do occasionally get enough ice for a few days of ice fishing. As you probably know, Square Circle was on the State trout stocking list for years. That ended when the lake was closed to the...
