    Only the wealthy need apply

Jesus. You gotta have some serious FU money to buy one of those. They were nice woods trucks in their day. Strong running gear underneath for a small truck. Early ones utilized the Ford 9" rear which was one of the best diffs ever made. You can still buy custom built 9" rears.

    Nash's Cabin 2022

Good to hear that you made it out into the big woods. I couldn't live without them. :)

Our view: Promising new DEP steps on pinelands use, protection

That's the first thing I noticed Gabe. It reads more like an article but has the title of an editorial: "Our view...."

    Fall/Winter Stone Searching 2021/2022

Definitely from a climber. The extra wear is from going up and down more than once. I am trying to figure out how the hunter refilled it. Perhaps a lowering mechanism that is only accessed from up top ?? I can't imagine carrying feed bags up there and pouring them in from the stand.

Our view: Promising new DEP steps on pinelands use, protection

    I that a rhetorical question ? :) Actually, I really don't know but I can certainly imagine.

    Parcel data still exists.

I just checked out a bunch of stuff. I'm wondering how long I can do that without getting the boot.

    Pine Barren History Shorts

Very cool Guy. As a little bonus, we learned the name of Wilma McCormick, from the gun club, to associate with McCormick Avenue in Sweetwater.

    Dams on Buckshutem Creek

Jenkin's was a very mysterious place. I was a steady patron through the mid to late 1990's. Always dark and dank inside and it seemed everybody smoked. But they always had good bait and the skinny girl with the long brown hair and a Marlboro dangling from her lips was also mysterious and always...

    Winter Storm Watch

We got an honest 10". Took an hour or two to blow out some paths for Murph and clear the driveway and then the wife and went to my gun club to clear the walkways. Another member ran our backhoe for a few hours to make some roadways across our parking lots. Hoping for a good meltdown.

Very fascinating and informative, Bob. I wonder how Roundup would work on that weed ?? :)

suv left / stuck in blueberry field

In the offroad vernacular that is known as "framed-out". Tires and wheels are useless at that point.

Two Firms Eyeing Sites In Shamong For Cannabis Operations

The legal product is going to be very expensive. At least until there is some competition. Curaleaf is the dominant force right now because they got in on the medical several years ago. They have a large facility in Bellmawr and they bought Warren Distributing's (beer distributor) warehouse in...

    Flash Point

I have been Waterford Township's Planning Board Planner since 2020, Bob and I am always doing something Waterford Township-related at work during the week. I am looking at aerials, tax maps, sewer maps and zoning maps all the time and could easily see that you were on Atco and 4th on your...

Strange that the reflection off the glass only shows up in the most recent imagery. It's also amazing that it got by a photo editor at Google.

    Flash Point

Bob, it's funny you noticed that. I know the guy that owns that property on Atco Ave. I screenshot it and I am going to ask him if he knows anything about it. I also noticed a squirrel and raccoon trapping business known as A Bad Critter in text over top of the lot. (Turn on Borders and Labels...

    Where is this?

Extremely common in the Pines, Bob. Look at Audubon Deer Club, Woodbury Antlers, Bordentown Gub Club, Chambersburg, etc. I know several guys in Buck Run on Oswego Road and their original members are all from Blackwood in Camden County.

Gun Club Deeds And Other Places

It would be interesting if Indian Mills decided to sell with those rights of reversion in place. The surviving Bozearths and the Bozarths would have to fight it out in court. :)

Gun Club Deeds And Other Places

Strange spelling for Bozarth, coming from that area. Howard Bozarth Jr. is a local surveyor who is still practicing and there is Bozarthtown Road in Taberncale today.

Gun Club Deeds And Other Places

Leeson Small, who is mentioned in this deed, was the caretaker of the Wharton Estate. He lived in Atsion. Bill Schemel (Y-Buc Bill) told me that before the Estate was sold to the State of NJ, he would have to obtain a written hunting permission each deer season from Leeson in order to hunt in...
