    Hampton upper forge?

Would this other square then maybe be the actual sawmill Jerseyman?

    Seafood in the Pines

When I was hanging around with Gibby Giberson in the early 80's, he'd have me stop at Allen's for creamy oyster chowder, with those little crackers and all. I did not try it, but he always slurped it up at the counter.

That drunken clams looks really good. Good enough to take a full dose of pepcid and head on down there.

Rare Parasite Infects Two Hunters in New Hampshire

I just can't see shooting a moose unless you are lost and starving. From "meat eater": "Moose have fantastic trophy value as well. When you hang a set of these antlers over your garage door, you’ve got a permanent reminder of a difficult task that was undertaken and accomplished."

    The Market & the Auctions

Good story Joe, I liked the cosmoline part. That's softer than the most common preservative used where I worked (P2, Mil-PRF-16173). Cosmoline is P3. P1 hardens to a black film that needs some elbow use to get it off.

    The Market & the Auctions

Interesting, they have a live view of the outdoor flea market. I'll have to look at it when it's busy (says's Bob, who will forget to look at it when it's busy). https://www.berlinfarmersmarket.com/live-view-outdoor-market

    The Market & the Auctions

Coincidentally, I found this 45 in a folder last night, and I refuse to throw away. We used to skip school and often would end up in Wrightstown, because it was such a sinful, wild place. This song was prominent then.

    The Market & the Auctions

Ed, I saw on the facebook page small power tools, bundles of rope, a bird bath and such. Do they actually 'auction' those with a guy saying "and here we have a nice power skill saw, who'll start the bidding".

    The Market & the Auctions

Which all this reminds me. I have a friend who lives in Medford. He told me of some kind of specialized farm auction just west of where Medford Lakes Road crosses 206. I never stopped in. It's just east of Murphy's Mart. You can see the buildings from the road.

    The Market & the Auctions

There used to be an outdoor one along route 70 west of Lakehurst. I was at that one twice. I went to Englishtown once....seemed too hard to get to if you lived well south of there.

Questionable seafood! That's funny, and it reminds me. I do like fish, but I'm very leery of it when I look on that bed of ice at the grocery store. I'm like; where the hell did they get that, and how long ago. Was it previously frozen? There's a fish market in Waretown, just on the outside of...

    The Market & the Auctions

I lived in Hampton Lakes from 1960 to 1962, and Presidential Lakes from 1965 to 1973 or so. Anyway, I was very familiar with Columbus Market on 206, with the square slices of pizza and outdoor flea market, and the shoddy (but irresistible) stalls of vendors. I think some had curtains for doors...

That looks like a hog, Guy. Way too big for a bobcat and too dark to be a mountain lion (from what I see).

    Who Owns What

By the way, it's way over the top that the rich landowner sued because he thinks you can't even step over the corner line. He's saying he even owns the air above where the 4 lines meet. This country made a serious mistake in it's early founding by not giving us the freedom to roam...

    Who Owns What

From the article: "Property data is often inaccurate and outdated, and early in the development of OnX Mr. Siegfried found himself asking, “Why is there no nationwide picture of land ownership, of public and private property boundaries, of who owns what?” What I said, and further, we should not...
