Anyone can attend and participate in a municipal meeting. Waterford, my Township, has a time limitation on public comment stemming from dealing with a guy who used to relentlessly hammer the governing body on anything and everything. I believe they set it at 6 minutes per person.

I took this photo of our springer Murphy a few weeks ago back here and when I emailed it to myself out of my phone it came in upside down. I fixed it but also saved the original. The more I look at the original, the more I like it. Good old Murph is 6 now and I am sure he has a lot of good years...

I went only about 3/4 mile past the road into Lock's today to see if the road was blocked. I turned around and ran the dog around Lock's for awhile. I can't believe they blocked the road back to Boot Hill and the bogs. That stretch back to 206 is my little world in the fall and winter...

My dog is insisting that this road be closed. The mud smells and there are bugs in it. He gets yelled at a lot by his mother too when returning from the woods. Where can I get some of these signs ?
