    Missing Woman

I find it hard to follow things without a timeline, so I made this one based on the posts in this thread. If there is an error, let me know: Between 2019 and early 2024, Danielle Lopez repeatedly told her mother, police, and others that Scott Dunn (boyfriend) had punched her, injured her, and...

    Missing Woman

"That same night, Scott showed up at the home of a woman who knew both him and Danielle. He arrived alone, wearing muddy boots, and asked for help with Danielle. This witness has requested anonymity due to concerns for her safety. Her account confirms Scott needed assistance involving Danielle...

    Missing Woman

"He arrived alone, wearing muddy boots, and asked for help with Danielle." Too bad a detective was not present at this juncture. One rarely walks out of the pines with mud on their boots. Dried clay? Maybe. Organic muck? Yes, but it usually dries quickly and falls off.

A 'Mojo Hand' is a powerful hoodoo charm, usually a cloth bag filled with roots, herbs, minerals, goofer dust, etc. Lightnin' Hopkins

    Along The Tulpehocken Today

I was just thinking of something. If we take a look at those photos of Friendship again, maybe we'll see a big Catalpa or some such that was growing there. Not saying it's a direct connection but....

The Great Cedar Swamp Crossing, A PBX Hike

By the way, a question for Guy and John. This is going to sound a little odd. Remember, for some time we were in the bowels of the swamp, we even ate at the middle, in a sunny spot. The swamp is about 10 to 12 feet lower than the surrounding woods. Well, I was thinking back last night, of when...

The Great Cedar Swamp Crossing, A PBX Hike

That cedar grove was our alternate way out. I wanted to see it, but I wanted to see the bigger deciduous trees more. Plus, if not using that zigzag dirt road to get out to Kings Highway, we'd have a hard time getting back to where the cars were parked. If we had to hike out to King's Highway...

    Old Style South Jersey Magazine

I can't seem to keep enough reading material around. I'm always searching the house to read things while I eat. I have most of a collection of Zane Gray books I'm working on, and about 50 National Geos. I won't read them at the table.

Very impressive, I say. I never started reading them, and I have no idea of the true value. I'd offer you something for them, but shipping may be the pain. Are they here in NJ or out of state?

Good move Guy. I wonder if the wind blew that big panel towards you. Something similar happened to me on the way down Monday; a fuel truck was on my right, and a parkway maint. crew on the right of the truck, on the margin doing something. He moved towards me to not hit them, and I was an inch...

    Along The Tulpehocken Today

That's good to know Ed, easier to get to. When you said 'survived the 2024 fire', do you mean to say the same plant is there, but established?

Effort moderate. Probably to rank as highy strenuous, you'd have to carry a piano on your back 12 flights of stairs.

The Great Cedar Swamp Crossing, A PBX Hike

Take a look at the waypoint "Bank Shot". I purposely laid it out because I could see mostly trees, unlike the ground cover to the east side. It looked like briar on one of Boyd's maps, so I avoided it like the plague.
