Just a quick question... Im planning a kayaking trip this weekend with my brother. Were gonna either be starting or ending in the bay of Manahawkin, depending which way the current is moving. Do the streams/rivers connected to the bay (on the west side) lead to the bay or away from it? Thanks!!

Noticed today they widened it. From the start of the dirt road after the memorial to the bridge about 4 miles down before Friendship. I hope they arent planning on paving it.

What other birds are out there that are that big? Must of had a 4 foot wingspan. We got eagles out there I think. But I dont think it was a eagle.

Is there actually a lake there?

Same with me, first time I was there it was dry, but I could tell it was under water at one point.. or at least I thought it looked like it was. Went back this year, after forgeting how to get there, and riding around for hours trying to find my way there again.. getting stuck once, to find it...

Im at that spot alot. Like it there too. Was surprized when I found it underwater this year. But the 'lake' is drying up again. :(
