TRENTON — Advocates say they will consider suing the state if Gov. Chris Christie continues to stand in the way of implementing a law that legalizes marijuana for medical use.

Why shouldn't he stand in the way of it, with the feds signalling right and left that they aren't backing down on federal prosecutions? This should have been the easiest of Obama's campaign promises to keep.
