I have similar discussions with an older friend. I'm an old Star Trek fan and occasionally watch reruns. To the point, whenever a crew member needed info they said "computer" then question. The computer was always listening and watching. There were 2 episodes, one the original and a remake on "Star Trek Next Generation" where a form of "eyeglasses" were fitted to crew members that then became hypnotized neglecting all duties because they were mesmerized by what they were seeing, it was a form of mind control. Taking notice today, no matter where you go, any time, any place what do you see a vast majority of folks staring into?
